What is Zumba?

Zumba is a high energy, “feel good” fitness program that combines Latin rhythms with cardiovascular exercise to create an aerobic routine that is fun and easy to follow.

The workouts are appropriate for all fitness levels and for any level dancer!



What to bring?


Wear light and comfortable workout clothes and sneakers, a bottle of water and most importantly a willingness to have fun!
